Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of payment,
you can email refunds@perfectplacestostay.com
explaining your reasons and if we aren’t able to solve your problem
we will refund your payment in full. If you wish to cancel your
annual subscription at any time, you can go to the Billing Section
of your personal admin area and follow the instructions to terminate
your subscription.
Invoices
You will receive an invoice by email shortly after payment is
made.
Transaction Currencies
All payments will be made by Credit Card in Pounds Sterling.
Value Added Tax
All subscriptions within the UK will be subject to VAT at the
ruling rate (currently 17.5%). For properties outside the UK there
will be no VAT payable.
Payment in Advance
All subscriptions are payable in advance. Immediately following
payment you will receive an email confirming receipt and informing
you of your user id and password. You will then be able to log
in to your personal admin area and make changes to your advertisement,
upload photos, announce special offers etc as often as you like
for no additional cost.
Changes to Subscription Level
If you wish to upgrade your subscription to a Prime Listing,
you can do this from your personal admin area at any stage. Any
additional subscription will need to be paid at that time.
Your Obligations
You agree to keep your advertisement up to date at all times.
You agree to ensure that all descriptions are honest and
accurate and not misleading in any way to a potential visitor.
You agree that you will not incorporate any racial, sexual or
culturally offensive language and that all photographs that are
used are genuinely up to date representations of the property
being advertised.
Rights of Termination
We retain the right to remove any property from this website if
we decide, for whatever reason, that the information provided is
inappropriate or inaccurate.
