Background
PerfectPlacesToStay has been established by Nick & Helen Lahey-Bean
of Abacus Real Estate – a property consultancy based in England.
We are a father and daughter team with established experience
of internet marketing. This year we are very proud to have been
awarded “Property Agent of the Year” for our work in the
marketing of serviced offices throughout the world via our website
www.abacusrealestate.biz.
Nick is a Chartered Surveyor and has worked in the property industry
for more than 30 years. He was a Director of FPDSavills in London
and subsequently was Director of Real Estate (Europe, Middle East
& Africa) with NCR Corporation. He established Abacus Real Estate
in 2000 to provide professional advice to international companies
with property portfolios worldwide. Helen worked in the residential
division of Knight Frank, an international property consultancy
based in the UK, before joining her father at Abacus Real Estate
in 2001.
Why Create a New Website?
We believe that we can offer a great deal of experience to the
marketing of all types of property on the internet. We haven’t
been impressed with many of the websites which advertise Hotels,
B&B and Holiday properties to let – they are often difficult to
navigate and many times visitors cannot find what they are looking
for. In some cases the charges to advertisers are unnecessarily
high and very few of them appear at the top of search engine results
which is, after all, what the internet is all about.
Our Objectives
We have tried to make this site easy to navigate, with clear and
consistent information on the properties that we are advertising.
Most importantly of all we are using our internet marketing experience
to make sure that the site is visible by ensuring that it will
always appear high in search engine results.
